Ishtiaque Ahmed Khan

Ishtiaque Ahmed Khan is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science.  His advisor is A. Lynn Abbott. His research focuses on machine learning techniques for remote vital sign measurement, specifically extracting PPG signals from facial video for healthcare and biometric authentication applications. Additionally, he explores domain adaptation of multimodal learning algorithms, integrating modalities such as vision, text, and 3D data across domains including transportation systems, with a focus on their reasoning capabilities and explainability.
