Blessy Antony

Blessy Antony is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science.  She is co-advised by Anuj Karpatne and T. Murali.

Her research interests include using computational methods such as natural language processing, graph machine learning, and generative modeling to solve impactful problems in systems biology and bioinformatics. Currently, she is working on developing foundation models to learn the evolution of zoonotic viruses using viral genomic data.
