Arya Shahdi was a master’s degree student in the Department of Computer Science. He was co-advised by Anuj Karpatne and Bahareh Nojabaei. Shahdi’s research interests lie in forecasting and geospatial modeling and analysis.
Reza Sepasdar was a simultaneous Ph.D. student in civil engineering and master’s degree student in computer science, advised by Anuj Karpatne. (His master’s co-advisor is Maryam Shakiba). Sepasdar’s research interests lie in the intersection of AI and computational mechanics.
Yi Huang was a masters of engineering student in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He was advised by Jia-Bin Huang. Huang’s research interests lie in computer vision and machine learning.
Ashkan Nazari was a master’s degree student in the Department of Computer Science. He was advised by Lenwood Heath. He has also worked toward a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering. Nazari’s research interests lie in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and cloud-based intelligence systems analysis.
