Danfeng “Daphne” Yao, professor in the Department of Computer Science, has been named interim department head, effective July 1. Runing Yang is a Ph.D. student in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His advisor is Ming Jing. Yang’s research focuses on control systems and machine learning.
