Arya Shahdi was a master’s degree student in the Department of Computer Science.  He was co-advised by Anuj Karpatne and Bahareh Nojabaei. Shahdi’s research interests lie in forecasting and geospatial modeling and analysis.

Reza Sepasdar

Reza Sepasdar was a simultaneous Ph.D. student in civil engineering and master’s degree student in computer science, advised by Anuj Karpatne. (His master’s co-advisor is Maryam Shakiba).  Sepasdar’s research interests lie in the intersection of AI and computational mechanics. 

Yi Huang

Yi Huang was a masters of engineering student in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He was advised by Jia-Bin Huang. Huang’s research interests lie in computer vision and machine learning.

Ashkan Nazari was a master’s degree student in the Department of Computer Science.  He was advised by Lenwood Heath.  He has also worked toward a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering. Prashant Chandrasekar was a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science. He was advised by Edward Fox. His research interest lies in digital libraries. 

Kulendra Kumar Kaushal

Kulendra Kumar Kaushal was a master’s degree student in the Department of Computer Science. He was advised by Naren Ramakrishnan. Kaushal’s research interests lie in the field of natural language processing and information extraction.
